Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed as quickly as possible and delivery confirmed by way of email. All deliveries sent by registered courier company, unless otherwise specified.
Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Tanzanite.Capetown is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Tanzanite.Capetown will refund the client in full within 30 days.
Due to the nature and setup of our business, Tanzanite.Capetown does not accept any returns of goods sold. It is up to the customer to ensure that before making a purchase, they know what they are buying, that they choose the correct size, colour, and that they are happy with the price specified. Customers are requested to inspect all goods upon arrival. All products are inspected before being posted to the customer and are guaranteed to be in order.

Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard credit cards or by bank transfer into the Tanzanite.Capetown bank account, the details of which will be provided on the invoice for the transaction.
